Congratulations on your decision to consider stopping smoking. This is the single most important step you can take to ensure and improve your health. Quitting smoking is not easy. If you are motivated and have a plan to quit, you can and will stop. We know that the decision to quit smoking is not made easily but just visiting this site indicates that you have taken the first big step. You, your family and friends will benefit from your perseverance. Unfortunately, not everyone is in the same place when it comes to being ready to quit.
